JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.5.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.19528 of 2017 with a direction to petitioner to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on the materials available on record. However, it appears that petitioner has not surrendered and filed fresh anticipatory bail application on the ground that earlier some submission has not been made, as such, which was rejected.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and considering the fact that earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected and this is not a ground that some submission has not been made earlier, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62386 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 Hence, this application is rejected.

However, petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks.
