2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Bihar conduct of Examination Act, registered in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation that one Sudhanshu Kumar had taken the Physics examination in place of the petitioner. It is submitted, however, that the petitioner left the examination centre due to illness, but he did not set up the said co-accused Sudhanshu Kumar to appear in the examination. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and
