The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case of the complainant in brief is that petitioners in connivance to each other took Rs. 3,50,000/- in the name of executing the land as per the agreement paper no. 1977 dated 30.11.2013, but they neither executed the sale deed nor returned the money.

It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely

The police after investigation submitted final form against the petitioners showing the lack of evidence in this case, but differing with the same, learned court below on protest-cumcomplaint petition took cognizance on 19.05.2022. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that dispute is of purely civil in nature, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint-cum-protest petition Case No. 30 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
