JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 326A, 307, 302 and 120B IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as the specific allegation is against one Tamanna Hussain who threw acid on the informant and her children. Further, petitioner is aged about 65 years and is suffering from several age related disease. Petitioner is in custody since 18.9.2017.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad Police Station Case No. 614 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the
