The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 353 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 10 ltrs of toddy was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Five Thousand) with
