2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 256 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Act. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would withdraw this application with liberty to surrender in the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today.

4. In view of the above submissions, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail in the learned court below within four weeks from today, his prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudice by the order of this Court.
