The petitioner is in custody in connection with Allouli P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017, a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is wife of the deceased. There is suspicion that petitioner and other family members have committed murder of the husband of the petitioner. No reason for such murder is mentioned in the F.I.R., even the case diary does not contain any such material against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

No.62704 of 2017 (3) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Allouli Police Station Case No. 109 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
