JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 51900 of 2019, by which, the application for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail on the submissions made by the petitioner and also on submission that petitioner is ready to pay the amount, if some reasonable time is granted to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far later part of the order that he is ready to pay the amount, if some reasonable time is granted to the petitioner,
