Petitioner, is the son of late employee Rampari Devi, who died on 19.08.2003 while working as unskilled Khalasi in Electric Supply Sub- Division, Maner, Patna. The petitioner prays for interest @ 18% per annum over the belated payment of death-cum-retiral dues made to the petitioner for which the petitioner is entitled.

Stating therein that all the amount have been paid to the petitioner and other legal heirs between 2011 to 2016 and he submits that interest over the belated payment as per Rule of G.P.F. and GSS has also been calculated and amount of Rs. 6288/- were to be distributed among the three sons of the deceased. It has further been stated that vide letter No. 1333 dated 15.09.2018, annexed as Annexure- E and a sum of Rs. 2096 each has been taken by the two heirs of the deceased, but has not been taken by one of the son of the deceased, namely, Kaushal Kishdore Sharma. Considering the statement made in the counter affidavit, no further grievance remains to be redressed. This writ application is accordingly disposed of. (Nilu Agrawal, J) sudha/- U
