JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-02-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State submit that this case is covered by the reasoning and rationale provided by this court in the order dated 04.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 21613/2018. This court has perused the impugned order. The impugned order nowhere shows the consideration of the pleas taken by and on behalf of the petitioner.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the impugned order as contained in Annexure-1 to the writ application is hereby quashed and the matter is remitted to the Sub-Divisional Officer, West, Muzaffarpur for reconsideration. Let the whole consideration be completed within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy
