JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 15-07-2016 In the show cause filed on behalf of the Registrar, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga, it is stated that on receipt of the representation of the petitioner, an amount of Rs.3,25,199/- was paid and thereafter, the arrears of salary have been paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner now points out that in the calculation chart, no detail has been provided for the period from August, 2000 to November,2000 and thus the said amount has evidently not been paid to the petitioner.

Patna High Court MJC No.4270 of 2013 (2) dt.15-07-2016 It is evident from the show cause that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with, except for lacuna as pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner. Let the amount for the aforesaid period, i.e., from August, 2000 to November, 2000 be also calculated and paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with a representation filed by the petitioner with regard to the payment for the said period.

The contempt application is disposed of with the above observations.
