2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 of IPC . 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant suspects that this petitioner who was director of Budha Public School killed the son of informant due to fees dues.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence . Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. As per postmortem report doctor has not found any injury on the person of deceased. As a matter of fact, son of the informant got

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64349 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 heartstroke on 12.06.2024 and during course of treatment he died. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State as well as informant opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I Hilsa Nalanda in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
