Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 6.9.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40627 of 2017.

Case is under Section 395 of the IPC and he is in accused in six other cases .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 2015 .. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as perused the report submitted by the learned trial court, from which it appears that the case is fixed for argument. In the meantime, on production , the petitioner was sent to Sheohar Jail and even in spite of several remainder, he has not produced before the court. In such view of the matter, I.G. (Jail) is directed to

No.63841 of 2019(3) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 get the accused produced in the trial court on the next date fixed so that the trial of the petitioner may be concluded, which is fixed for argument and he is in custody for about four years.. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
