2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.07.2019 passed by Sub-Judge III, Danapur, in T.S. No. 375 of 2012, whereby, the learned Court below allowed the petition dated 29.03.2019 filed under Order VI Rule 17 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, by the plaintiff in a very mechanical manner.

3. The amendment application has been allowed by the impugned order.
