JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-06-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the payment of Rs.88,204/- has been made available to the petitioner but it was not given within the stipulated period by this Court in the writ petition.

2. The respondents have taken more than five years in compliance of the order, therefore, the petitioner would be entitled for interest on the amount paid.
