2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed a loot of Rs. 2.14 lacs from a person.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has committed no offence and other co-accused has already been granted bail from a coordinate Bench of this Court.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2023.

7. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Though other co-accused has been granted bail in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the highway robbers for the present.

9. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

10. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
