2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 263 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 109(1), 308(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and section 27 of the Arms Act, lodged on 21.04.2025 by the informant Shivpukar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that when he was at his house, the petitioner armed variously came to the place, wanted extortion of Rs.20,000/-, upon protest, resorted to indiscriminate firing which has been captured in the CCTV. This led to the F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during investigation, no CCTV footage has been provided and only to implicate, the same has been exaggerated.

5. Learned APP has taken this Court to the paragraph no.3 to show that petitioner has criminal antecedent of the same nature.

6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the paragraph no.3 of the petitioner, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail.
