JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happen to be wives of brothers of husband of the deceased and allegation of demand of dowry. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific allegation against them either of demanding dowry or of killing her, rather there is general and allegation is general and omnibus in nature.
