JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 The learned counsel for the Contemnor, Central Selection Board of Constables, Patna has submitted that in view of the direction of the learned Division Bench passed in L.P.A. no. 500 of 2016 (The State of Bihar & others v. Kamlesh Dikshit Raj & others), the entire result has been re-drawn and as far as the petitioner is concerned, she was found to have obtained -07 marks in her category i.e. EBC-F-NHG Category. It is thus submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.4121 of 2018(4) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to take recourse to such remedy as is available under the law.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with the aforesaid liberty.
