JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Allegation against the petitioner is that on the point of gun, he was falsely harvested the crop from the filed of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C. was also decided in favour of the petitioner and in spite of that the present false and concocted case has been lodged.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Considering the facts aforesaid and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.538 of 2018 (4) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No.155 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure on the condition that the petitioner will cooperate in investigation.
