The petitioner deposited the required fees for measurement of his land of Plot No.3291, Khata No.176, Area 43 decimals on 19.12.2018 but the Circle Officer, Makhdumpur could not measure the land of the petitioner only because some objection was raised by the inhabitants of the village on the ground that they want passage from the land.

Having considered the facts, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Circle Officer, Makhdumpur, Jehanabad to get the land of the petitioner measured within four months from the date of receipt of this order. If the Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.19183 of 2019(2) dt.17-09-2019 2/2 Officer is not allowed to get the land measured, the Circle Officer should pass order on the petition of the petitioner for measurement of the land in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
