2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Ramkrishnanagar P.S. Case No. 209 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 376(D)/34 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4904 of 2023.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated 08.12.2023, it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70287 of 2023(4) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 within a period of one year.

6. Hence, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months, positively, because the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 08.05.2022, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

7. In the aforesaid circumstances, the present application stands disposed of.
