Mr. Rabindra Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 127(1), 110, 303(2), 103(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, informant, namely Yogendra Kumar, alleged that on 13.03.2025 at about 5 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, armed with lathi, danda and iron rod, came and started abusing informant and on objection, all of them assaulted informant, his
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64332 of 2025(2) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 wife and his father as a result of which they sustained injuries, and also snatched gold chain from neck of informant. It is further alleged that during course of treatment, father of informant died.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. There is case and counter-case. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that they, along with other accused persons, abused and assaulted informant, his wife and father as a result of which they sustained injuries and during course of treatment, father of informant died.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
