Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 835 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Prevention of Witch Craft Practices Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are quite innocent and have falsely been implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64553 of 2022(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 in this case. Further submission is that the complaint case has been filed after a delay of four days of the alleged occurrence without there being any explanation for the same. He also submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Darbhanga in connection with Complaint Case No. 835 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. anuradha/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
