The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to connect the Meter for the electric supply of the petitioner's residential house vide Consumer No. DSI-1 KW for which he has deposited the required charges on 18.10.2017; to supply the correct energy bill of Consumer No. PKO 125-LTIS-1, HZ134464; and for connected reliefs.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note on paragraph 14 of the counter affidavit that final assessment order has already been made on 18.11.2017 and final bill of Rs. 74,745/- has been issued to the petitioner which was required to be deposited with the punitive amount of Rs. 1,97,403/-.

4. In the above view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievances before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/Chandran AFR/NAFR NAFR CAV DATE N.A.
