2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to obtain bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.15 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. After some argument, learned senior counsel for the petitioner having sensed the difficulty in pursuing this application seeks permission to withdraw it.
