2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 379, 411, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2024. though, petitioner has got two criminal antecedent, but in both the cases, he is on bail. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of
