This is an application for regular bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P. S. no. 346 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of impersonation in appearing in an examination.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Not a single chit of paper was recovered from his possession. No case under Sections 419, 420 and 120B is made out against him. He has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.10.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.417 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case no. 346 of 2017.
