JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 Considering the order of the writ Court, the Director, Secondary Education has issued office order dated 06.03.2019, the order contained in Annexure-B of the show cause indicates that the opposite parties had admitted the entitlement of the petitioner for payment in five equal installments. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court MJC No.4306 of 2018(8) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 monitory benefit of decision dated 06.03.2019 has not reached the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, the present proceeding is dropped with clear understanding that the monitory benefit as per decision of the Director, Secondary Education must be paid to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. If the payment is not made to the petitioner within the time framed by this Court, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file petition for initiating fresh contempt proceeding. With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
