2. The petitioners were appointed on several posts under Group-D/ Class-IV and retired from the said post on

Patna High Court CWJC No.14817 of 2023 dt.06-11-2023 2/2 different dates. The writ petition gives brief facts of their individual cases.

3. The petitioners, if so advised, may file detailed individual representation before the Director Mass Education, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, for grant of relief(s) as sought for in the present writ petition.

4. The representations of the petitioners are directed to be disposed of giving specific reason as to why similar relief(s) cannot be granted to the petitioners as has been granted to the writ petitioners of CWJC No. 8110 of 2001, which was disposed of on 02.07.2009 within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representations.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
