2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) and 3 (5) of the BNS.
3. As per F.I.R., all the accused persons including these petitioners killed the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of the demand of dowry.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is mother-inlaw of the deceased. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the affairs of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75579 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 deceased and her husband. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46784 of 2025. Petitioners are victims of over implication. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 373 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS), 2023.
