1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case no. 224 of 2025 registered under sections 115(2), 126(2), 118, 109, 329(3), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the seven named accused persons including the petitioners herein are said to have came variously armed. It is stated that as a result of assault by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67891 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/3 Vinay Rai with a knife, the two sons of the informant sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. Even as per the allegations in the FIR, the specific overt act is alleged against co-accused Vinay Rai and not the petitioners herein. The allegations, if any, are general and omnibus in nature and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioners in the F.I.R., the specific allegation being against co-accused Vinay Rai, there being no specific overt act alleged against the petitioners herein together with the petitioners not having any criminal antecedent, in the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that both the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case no. 224 of 2025 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
