This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. There is a general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The husband of the deceased is already in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2017.

Considering the fact that the allegation against the petitioner is of general and omnibus nature, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani
