In the nature of the dispute raised with regard to the certificate of the selected candidate, this Court is of the considered opinion that sitting in its writ jurisdiction, this Court would not be making any enquiry into the allegations of this nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that since the petitioner has represented before the District Magistrate, Madhepura (respondent no.2) vide

Patna High Court CWJC No.755 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 Annexure-4 to the writ application, his grievance may be redressed if a direction is issued to the concerned respondent to consider his representation as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ application and take a decision thereon. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is being disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, Madhepura (respondent no.2) to look into the grievance of the petitioner, examine the same and take an appropriate decision thereon after hearing all concerned. The whole exercise must be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
