2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 136 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2023.
3. As per allegation, some unknown persons committed theft of three phase four wire AB cable due to which the Electricity Department suffered a loss of approximately Rs. 1,35,000/-.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has remanded on the basis of his confessional
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67986 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 statement recorded in Rahui P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024. He has submitted further that the petitioner is on bail in four cases out of seven cases which have been mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is under custody since 22.05.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Nalanda in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
