No. 1714 of 2019, whereby the State respondents were directed to take a decision on the petitioner's grievance by passing an order. It is admitted fact that in compliance of the said order of this Court, an order has been passed by the District Education Officer, Gopalganj. The petitioner is, however, aggrieved by the said order of the District

In the Court's opinion, this Court's order dated 31.01.2019 has been complied with and no case of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order is made out. The contempt proceeding stands dropped accordingly.

It goes without saying that the petitioner shall be at liberty to question the correctness of the said order passed by the District Education Officer in appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
