2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 425 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, on 01.06.2024 at about 7:30 P.M. the informant was going to village to meet with a party worker and near Gopalpur Math, about 35 people were sitting and while his vehicle was passing away from there, they made firing upon him. Thereafter, miscreants started pelting stone and bricks and when people gathered from Teneri village, they started assaulting them.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70293 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 It is further alleged that the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners and other 35-40 persons were armed with rifle, country made pistol, iron rod etc.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the dispute arose between two political parties and this false case was lodged by the informant against the petitioners, due to political rivalry. He has also submitted that none has suffered any kind of serious/grievous injuries. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 425 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
