2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Informant suspects that this petitioner committed theft in the house of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner works in the house of the informant as a maid and she did not give the salary to the petitioner and when petitioner demanded the same, informant refused to do so and lodged this false and concocted case against the petitioner. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66702 of 2023(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P. S. Case No. 416 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
