2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 357/2016 dated 15.08.2016 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have caught hold of the informant and her father-in-law and on the exhortation of the co-accused Dayanand Panjiara, Anil Panjiara shot on the head of her father-in-law, Nawal Panjiara also shot on him as a result of which he died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The specific allegation of firing is against the coaccused Anil Panjiara. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by the co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 05.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64926 of 2019. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents as stated in para 2 of the supplementary affidavit. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 357/2016, with the condition/s:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable
