The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1462C of 2016, registered under Sections 323, 380 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated by filing the present complaint case. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that there is land dispute between the parties and no injury report is on record.

No.63120 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No. 1462 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
