2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhawanipur (Balia O.P.) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From perusal of the report dated 04.04.2024 submitted by the trial court, it appears that the trial is at the stage of conclusion. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously well within a period of three months.

4. The bail application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
