The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Haveli Kharagpur P.S.Case No. 257 of 2017 registered under Sections 201 and 302/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that informant's three years old son was found murdered and it is alleged that accused persons are agnate of the informant and due to family dispute, they killed the boy.

It is contended that there is no eye witness in this case, only suspicion is raised against the petitioner because of family dispute and petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ambika Devi, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two
