2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 01.07.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9236/2024 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reason assigned in the present petition, further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, said order passed in Cr.Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71294 of 2024(2) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 9236/2024 is modified to the above extent. The alleged amount shall be deposited, in view of earlier order, in the Nazarat of concerned Civil Court.

5. This petition is, accordingly, allowed.
