2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 326 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Based upon the written report, the prosecution alleges that on the fateful day while the informant was leaving after closing his flour mill, and when he reached near the shop of Krishna Sahni he found that one motorbike was parked obstructing the road traffic. When the informant enquired about its owner, some dispute arose and all the accused persons, including the petitioner, arrived there with a fasuli. It is specifically alleged, on the exhortation made by this petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63618 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 all the accused persons assaulted the informant. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he along with Amit Kumar Sahni @ Dhanu assaulted the son of the informant due to which he sustained grievous injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-VII, Siwan/concerned Court in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2024.
