The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S.Case No.87/2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 376, 354©,1 20(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be a lady. She has enticed the informant and take her to the rest house, where one Gautam Kumar forcibly committed rape upon her and also made video and get it viral on the social media.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the only allegation is against the co-accused Gautam Kumar and the petitioner has no hand in that.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.
