2. The leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 13.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.39928 of 2024 with a condition that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father Saudagar Yadav.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father of the petitioner died on 12.06.2007 as would manifest from the death certificate annexed as Annexure-1 to the supplementary affidavit.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner the condition for grant of bail is modified to the extent the one of the bailor of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70849 of 2024(4) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 petitioner shall be his grandson Putul Kumar instead of his father Saudagar Yadav.

5. The order dated 13.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.39928 of 2024 is modified to the extent indicated above. If the petitioner surrenders on or before 09.12.2024 his bail bond shall be accepted.
