Petitioner, already in custody since 17.10.2017, seeks bail in Khajauli PS Case No. 79 of 2017, registered under Section 392 of the IPC.

It is submitted that neither any incriminating or robbed vehicle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP, in the seizure list recovery of key along with key-ring and three hundred rupees but the keys were not put on TIP for identification and he has been in custody since 17.10.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Prabhakar Kumar Singh @ Lala @ Lala Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM III, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli PS Case No. 79 of 2017 with the following conditions:- (i) one of the bailors shall be a close family member of the petitioner; and (ii) The petitioner shall appear before the trial court on each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27513 of 2018 (3) dt.23-05-2018 date and in case of failure to appear on two consecutive dates except because of reasonable cause his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
