2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.801 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 494, 323, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is the husband of opposite party no.2. The allegation is of demand of dowry and torture.
4. By earlier orders, the matter had been sent to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for resolution of disputes between the parties. From the records, it would appear that the parties have reached an amicable settlement of their disputes in the Mediation Proceeding No. 83
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70614 of 2024(4) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 of 2025 vide agreement made on 11.04.2025. On perusal of the agreement and also on the oral submissions of the learned counsels for the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, it would be clear that the disputes between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are now over and both of them are having a peaceful conjugal relationship as husband and wife.
5. In such view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 801 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
