JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S.Case No. 545 of 2017 registered under Sections 400,401,413 and 414 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner was trying to sell stolen truck to one Sajjad Mian.

Submission is that truck was being driven by one Balwant Singh and petitioner was on his Bolero vehicle and seized Bolero vehicle is registered in his name and petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.112.2017. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as the driver of the truck was Balwant Singh and not this petitioner, so the petitioner, namely, Sukhbindar Singh is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12552 of 2018(3) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 545 of 2017. (Arun Kumar, J) sujit/- U T
