The issue with regard to affiliation of B.Com (Honours) to the institution, in question, is pending at the level of the State Government since 24.09.2010 (Annexure-2), but till date there is no decision one way or the other. Considering the fact that nearly nine months have passed, no decision was taken by the respondent State on the issue of grant of affiliation in B.Com. (Hons), the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondentState to take appropriate decision with regard to affiliation at the
